Grass Fed Beef

The cattle at Paley are a pedigree Sussex herd. They graze the farm’s pastures, herbal leys and hedgerows for up to eight months of the year, creating some of the tastiest, most nutritious and sustainably farmed beef you can buy. Our 100% grass-fed beef is hung on the bone for at least 28 days to develop a deep, rich flavour and is certified Pasture for Life.

Grass Fed Lamb & Mutton

Paley’s 100% grass-fed lamb and mutton is among the tastiest, most nutritious and sustainably farmed meat you can buy. Our native Romney and rare-breed Dorset Down flocks live outdoors all year round, grazing on the pastures, herbs and grasses of our farm in the heart of the Kent countryside. All our lamb is certified Pasture for Life.

Mutton is available by enquiry only due to demand. Please contact us via phone, email or the enquiry form to order. Please note there is a two week lead time, but the wait is well worth it!

Rare Breed Pork

Paley’s Saddleback sows and Tamworth boars spend their days rooting, foraging and grazing outdoors in their paddocks. This cross results in distinctive, richly flavoured pork with great texture. Our pigs are bred to the highest welfare standards and grow slowly at their own pace, with plenty of space to explore the different landscapes of the farm, be sociable and wallow in the mud on sunny days.

Paley's Sausages

The Paley Sausages are handmade by our Craft Butcher. They are full of flavour and there is an option for any occasion be it a Pork Chilli BBQ or Lamb Romney Rockette. Enjoy.

Please see the drop down menu below.

Venison

Our venison is provided by the wild herds of fallow and roe deer that travel around the farm. This wild, lean meat, produced from a diet of permanent pasture, herbal grasses, orchards, hedgerows and woodlands, is fantastically nutritious and full of flavour, and deserves to be the centrepiece of any meal.
